sarah and Samantha at reception really shined they were really nice making the stay amazing i had a club double room this time it was nice and neat breakfast had many options. I found the bar well stocked with plenty of choices too.

i found that the tv in my room wasn't working. maintenance arranged a room change, there was a considerable wait and some inconvenience.

the staff displays excellent customer service skills they are warm and cute always smiling and ready to assist guests quickly and efficiently i found them very responsive and polite.

the rooms feature a good size with a decent wardrobe and a safe. the bed feels huge maybe a super king i am unsure. fluffy towels stocked in the bathroom.

breakfast is served till 11am on Saturdays which is a big PLUS! dinner offers tasty, beautifully presented dishes, i am impressed. the bar is well-stocked providing a wide variety of options.
