The rooms are cozy with a plug-in fan, comfortable beds, great coffee making facilities, and stylish decor complemented by fabulous large TVs. However, there is room for improvement in the customer service aspect that needs more training, particularly during check-out. The hotel provides dry cleaning services, housekeeping, and a welcoming drink, enhancing the overall experience.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and all necessary amenities. The shower needs updating, but the convenient bedside plugs make up for it. The service is inconsistent, with the need for better customer service training. The central location is ideal, within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. The included dining features marinated fish, but improvements could be made. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel offers great facilities but needs a refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. The rooms were uncomfortably hot with only a tiny window constantly closed by the cleaner, despite being well-equipped.
